1. Copyright laws: All my products are my own original designs and are protected by copyright laws. Copyright ©1999-2012 by Jennette Graham. All rights reserved. No portion of any of my works may be reproduced—mechanically, electronically, or by any other means.
2. Permission to use NIV®: Zondervan Publishing House has granted me permission to use this translation of the Bible in North America. All my works will contain one of the following notations:
“Scripture is taken from the HOLY BIBLE: NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION®. Copyright©1973, 1978, 1984 by International Bible Society. Used by permission of Zondervan Publishing House.” or
"Scripture taken from the Holy Bible, New International Version®,NIV®. Copyright© 1973, 1978, 1984. 2011 by Biblica, Inc.™. Used by permission of Zondervan. All rights reserved worldwide. WWW.ZONDERVAN.COM"
3. Exemption for sales tax in Virginia: In cases where churches or other tax exempt organizations place orders, I must have on file a tax exempt form prior to sending your order or I will be obligated to add the 5% sales tax to your order.
4. Custom orders: Because of the lack of resale opportunity and the amount of time involved, I do only a limited amount of custom work for individuals. However if you have a church retreat, workshop or a training event where a group of twenty or more people will attend, I will work with you to produce hospitality items which complement the theme of your event. Those items might include personalized folders and name tags, bookmarks, magnets, small gifts, etc.
5. Privacy Policy: I will not share with any individual or business or organization any personal information I obtain through my business including your name, mailing address or email address, phone number, etc.
6. Customer referrals: I will greatly appreciate it if you will inform me of any opportunities within your community or church where I may set up a booth to sell my products. I often attend day or overnight women’s retreats and sell my products in an inconspicuous corner so as not to conflict with the speaker’s schedule or any events planned. I also will consider doing open houses within individual homes, perhaps offering a devotional or brief talk about my business midway through the event. If you are interested in either format, please let me know.
